Some fundraiser companies require that you to purchase cups "up front". You must then attempt to sell the cups that you purchased. We, however, DO NOT REQUIRE, OR RECOMMEND, that you conduct your sale in this manner. Accordingly, our fundraiser is a NO RISK program where you order only the tumblers that you have already sold.
NOTE: If YOU WANT TO purchase cups "up front" to sell at an upcoming event, you are free to do so. However, most clients prefer to order only what they have already pre-sold.

A FUNDRAISER WITH CUSTOM AND STOCK TUMBLERS
CUSTOM TUMBLERS - Tumblers that our artists will design for you, that will include your school or team mascot or logo.
STOCK TUMBLERS - Tumblers (that we keep in stock) which include licensed designs from:
NBA teams, and
"designer tumblers" featuring designs by professional artists.
We always recommend that you sell stock tumblers along with your custom design. When conducting your sale you will find many customers that will prefer a stock tumbler to your custom design.
As an incentive for your salespeople, we will add ONE FREE TUMBLER for every 15 tumblers that a salesperson sells. The free tumbler is usually your own custom tumbler that we designed for you. We will automatically add the free tumblers to your order.
STEP 1 - LET US PREPARE A FREE "MOCK UP" DESIGN FOR YOU!
Just fill out the information request form on our site to let us know where to find your logo. Our artists will prepare a mock up of what your custom tumbler will look like. There is NO CHARGE for this service. Similarly, we never charge any art charges or set up fees.
Tumbler art must be a high quality vector image. If you do not have a vector image our artists will prepare one for you. Vector images are required to produce the high quality tumblers that we supply. Most vector files end with the suffix .ai but we must examine your file to be sure that it meets our production standards.
Remember, you will have unlimited input in the design of your tumbler. We want you to be very happy with the final design. Please never hesitate to provide us with your suggestions in preparing the design of your own customized tumbler.
STEP 2 - WE WILL PREPARE A CUSTOMIZED ORDER TAKER FOR YOU
We will design a custom order taker for your group that will prominently feature your custom tumbler and will also include a number of stock tumblers. We usually feature at least 20 tumblers on the order taker to allow your customers a wide selection. You select the price you wish to sell the tumblers for and we will print it on the order taker.
The reverse side of the form will include a form that will allow your members to easily take orders. The form will allow you to see which customers have pre-paid for their orders and which customers need to pay when you deliver their order.
We will select stock tumblers that we know will sell well in your area and place them on your order taker.
The order taker will permit you to easily and quickly tabulate each sellers order.
Free Custom Posters to Promote Your Fundraising Sale
Along with a custom Order Taker, we will supply you with Custom Designed Posters to promote your sale. These also are Free of Charge.
You can place the posters throughout the school or community to let everyone know that you are conducting a Fund Raising Tumbler Sale.
As mentioned above, you get to establish your sales price. Just let us know what price point you would like to use and we will incorporate it on the order taker and the marketing posters!
STEP 3 - PLACE YOUR ORDER
In addition to a custom order taker, our staff will provide an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be customized to include the tumblers that appear on your order taker. The spreadsheet will help you calculate the tumblers you will need as well as help you calculate your profit.

Your tumblers should arrive in 3-4 weeks after placing your order via UPS!
